How can I customize my floral arrangement?

After selecting your arrangement size,

you can choose one of our nine inspiration colors or opt for "Choose for Me."

You’ll also have the option to stick with our standard vase or upgrade to a curated vase for $20.

During checkout, you can select the occasion and include personal note

to be delivered with the arrangement. Also, you may note preferences

(such as flower or color dislikes) in the order notes. 

Can I request specific flowers?

We allow notes about flower preferences, but cannot guarantee specific blooms.

Final flower choices are based on seasonality and freshness.

Why should I choose the curated vase option?

Add just $20 and we’ll hand-select a special vase to perfectly complement your arrangement—something unique and sure to delight the lucky recipient! Leave it to us to choose the perfect match (vases are surprise picks and not customer-selected).

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

No. Each arrangement is handmade and will vary based on seasonal availability.

Do you offer shipping?

No. We currently only offer local hand delivery.

Do you deliver every day of the week?
Yes! We offer delivery 7 days a week so your flowers can arrive fresh and right on time—no matter the day. If anything unexpected comes up that might affect your delivery (like weather or other circumstances), we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible to keep you updated and make alternate arrangements if needed.

What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?
We will attempt to contact the recipient or sender. If unreachable, flowers may be left in a safe location. If this isn’t possible, redelivery will be scheduled for an additional fee.

What if there are delays in delivery?
Delays may occur due to weather, stock issues, or holidays. We’ll contact you if your delivery is affected.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed securely through Square.

Do your prices include tax and delivery fees?
No. Taxes and delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Will I be charged again if a transaction fails?
In cases of duplicate or failed payments, we will refund the extra amount within 5–7 business days.

Contact us within 7 days with your order number for support.

Do your prices fluctuate with the flower market?
Prices are subject to change before purchase due to market changes,

but once you’ve been charged, the price is final.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Can I return my flowers?
No. Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers are non-returnable.

When are refunds available?
Refunds are issued for significant damage or incorrect deliveries.

Contact us within 24 hours and provide a photo to be eligible.

What’s the deadline for reporting an issue?
Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I cancel an order?
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Same-week orders are final sale, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds,

as our flower sourcing begins within that time window to ensure your arrangement is fresh and on time.

Large Orders & Events

Do you do weddings or events?

We focus on small, intimate events and one-of-a-kind arrangements. Since we're a small team, we don’t take on large weddings or very large event orders. If you're planning something special and think we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out—but we ask that all event inquiries be made at least TWO WEEKS in advance so we have time to plan and source everything thoughtfully.

If an order is especially large or complex, we may contact you to discuss details and let you know if anything could affect the delivery timeline. We’ll always do our best to work with you, but fulfillment may depend on availability and schedule.​​
